Audio & Multimedia
My career began in documentary filmmaking, which evolved into audio production, leveraging emerging technologies, and telling stories across platforms.
I currently work as a producer at Southern California Public Radio, home to NPR member station LAist 89.3 FM (formerly KPCC), LAist.com, and LAist Studios. My work leading the multimedia reporting project, “Child Care Unfiltered,” won multiple awards, including a regional Edward R. Murrow award for Excellence in Innovation and the Gather Award in Community-Centered Journalism from the Online News Association. I also launched a text message service called Hey bb to answer people’s questions about pregnancy and early parenthood, which we turned into a series of reported guides.
In 2022, I reported and hosted a podcast episode about Kristi Yamaguchi for the podcast Blind Landing, which won an Ambie for best indie podcast.

At UCLA, I co-created, produced and hosted a storytelling podcast called Re:Work, which spotlights the stories of workers, immigrants, and people of color.
